بياناتكمYour data

كل ما نحتاجه هو ملف الفوترة الذي يصدّره مزوّد السحابة أصلًا. لا نطلب صلاحيات ولا كلمات مرور، ولا نغيّر شيئًا في حسابكم.All we need is the billing export your cloud provider already produces. We don't ask for access or passwords, and we change nothing in your account.

  • الوصولAccessلا صلاحيات كتابة، ولا وصول لبيئة الإنتاج، ولا بيانات دخول.No write access, no production access, no credentials.
  • الملفاتFilesيُحذف الملف المرفوع تلقائيًا بعد 30 يومًا من رفعه، أو قبل ذلك إن طلبتم.Uploaded files are auto-deleted 30 days after upload, or sooner if you ask.
  • السريةNDAنوقّع اتفاقية عدم إفصاح عند الطلب.We sign an NDA on request.

هل تحتاجون صلاحية على حسابنا السحابي؟Do you need access to our cloud account?

لا. نعمل من ملف الفوترة المُصدَّر فقط.No. We work only from the exported billing file.

ما المزوّدون الذين تدعمونهم؟Which clouds do you support?

AWS (تقرير CUR) وGCP (بما فيها GCP المشتراة عبر CNTXT)AWS (Cost and Usage Report) and GCP (including GCP bought through CNTXT).

ماذا لو وجد التقرير القليل؟What if the report finds little?

الاسترداد. نردّ لكم كامل المبلغ المدفوع بتحويل بنكي إلى الحساب الذي دفعتم منه (أو إلى بطاقتكم إن كان الدفع بالبطاقة) خلال 14 يومًا من مطالبتكم، في الحالات التالية:Refund. We refund everything you paid, by bank transfer to the account you paid from (or to your card, if you paid by card), within 14 days of your claim, if:

1. إذا ألغيتم الطلب قبل تسليم التقرير؛
2. إذا لم نسلّم التقرير خلال يومي عمل من سداد المبلغ؛
3. إذا اختلف إجمالي الفاتورة في التقرير عن إجمالي ملفكم بأكثر من 1%، أو بُني التقرير على ملفات ليست لكم، ولم نصحّح ذلك خلال يومي عمل من إشعاركم المكتوب؛
4. إذا لم يُظهر التقرير أي إنفاق غير مستخدم مُقدَّر (يظهر النطاق «—»).1. you cancel before we deliver the report;
2. we don't deliver the report within 2 working days of your payment;
3. the report's bill total differs from your export's total by more than 1%, or the report is built from files that aren't yours, and we don't correct it within 2 working days of your written notice; or
4. the report shows no estimated unused spend at all (the range shows "—").

تُقدَّم المطالبة بعد التسليم كتابيًا إلى hello@cifracloud.com خلال 14 يومًا من تسليم التقرير. يعرض التقرير نطاقات تقديرية مبنية على ملفات الفوترة، ولا يَعِد بأي وفر.Claims after delivery must be made in writing to hello@cifracloud.com within 14 days of delivery. The report gives estimated ranges from your billing files. It doesn't promise any saving.

ملفكمYour file

  • يُرفع الملف عبر اتصال مشفّر، ولا يطّلع عليه أحد غير سيفرا.Encrypted upload. Only Cifra sees it.
  • تُخزَّن الملفات خارج السعودية (Cloudflare R2)، وتُحذف بعد 30 يوماً.Files are stored outside Saudi Arabia (Cloudflare R2) and deleted after 30 days.
  • قبل الرفع، أخفوا أسماء الحسابات واحذفوا الوسوم التي تحتوي أسماء أشخاص أو بريدًا إلكترونيًا.Before uploading, mask account names and remove tags that contain people's names or emails.
