أي ملف نُصدِّر؟Which file do I export?

نحتاج ملف فوترة واحداً لآخر شهر كامل. يكفي حساب بصلاحية قراءة الفوترة فقط، ولا نحتاج أي كلمات مرور أو مفاتيح وصول.We need one billing file for your last full month. A billing read-only login is enough; we never need passwords or access keys.

AWS

إن كان لديكم تقرير Cost and Usage Report بصيغة CSV أو CSV.gz، فأرسلوا ملف الشهر الماضي من حاوية S3. وإن لم يكن:If you already have a Cost and Usage Report in CSV or CSV.gz, send last month's file from its S3 bucket. If not:

  1. افتحوا Cost Explorer.Open Cost Explorer.
  2. اختاروا آخر شهر كامل، بدقة Daily، والتجميع حسب Usage type.Pick the last full month, Daily granularity, Group by Usage type.
  3. نزّلوا الملف: Download as CSV.Download as CSV.

Google Cloud

إن كان تصدير الفوترة إلى BigQuery مفعّلاً، فاستعلموا عن بيانات الشهر الماضي وأرسلوا النتيجة بصيغة CSV. وإن لم يكن:If Cloud Billing export to BigQuery is on, query last month's rows and send the result as CSV. If not:

  1. افتحوا Billing ثم Reports.Open Cloud Billing, then Reports.
  2. اختاروا آخر شهر كامل، والتجميع حسب SKU أو Service.Pick the last full month, grouped by SKU or Service.
  3. نزّلوا الملف: Download CSV.Download CSV.

إذا كنتم تشترون الخدمة عبر موزّع، فقد لا تظهر في ملفكم الالتزامات المسجّلة في حساب الموزّع.If you buy through a reseller, Savings Plans, Reserved Instances or committed use discounts held in the reseller's account may not show in your file.

We use your details and file only to prepare your snapshot and reply to you, and never share them. Files are stored outside Saudi Arabia (Cloudflare R2).

الرفعUpload
يُرفع الملف عبر اتصال مشفّر، ولا يطّلع عليه أحد غير سيفرا.Encrypted upload. Only Cifra sees it.
التخزينStorage
تُخزَّن الملفات خارج السعودية (Cloudflare R2).Files are stored outside Saudi Arabia (Cloudflare R2).
الحذفDeletion
يُحذف الملف المرفوع تلقائيًا بعد 30 يومًا من رفعه، أو قبل ذلك إن طلبتم.Uploaded files are auto-deleted 30 days after upload, or sooner if you ask.
الوصولAccess
لا نحتاج بيانات دخول، ولا نحصل على صلاحية كتابة أو وصول لبيئة الإنتاج.We never need credentials, and never get write or production access.
السريةNDA
نوقّع اتفاقية عدم إفصاح عند الطلب.We sign an NDA on request.
التنفيذChanges
يوضح التقرير أين تنظرون وما الذي تتحققون منه، وفريقكم يقرر ويطبّق أي تغيير.The report shows where to look and what to check. Your team decides and applies any changes.

قبل الرفعBefore you upload
أخفوا أسماء الحسابات واحذفوا الوسوم التي تحتوي أسماء أشخاص أو بريدًا إلكترونيًا.Mask account names and remove tags that contain people's names or emails.
